AMSA members participated in a volunteering event at the Totally Kids Rehabilitation Hospital on February 24th. The event involved spending time with the children at the hospital, engaging in a creative activity of making sensory boards together.

Volunteers had the opportunity to interact closely with the children, fostering meaningful connections and providing companionship. The activity of making sensory boards not only offered a fun experience for the children but also served as a therapeutic and educational opportunity. The event provided a rewarding experience for the volunteers, leaving a positive impact on both the children and themselves.

This volunteering event demonstrated our commitment to community service, compassionate healthcare, and providing clinical opportunities for our members. We hope to see our members at the LAST volunteering event of the quarter: Helping Hands Food Pantry!
